The “Rules” for Making and Selling the KCK One™ The KCK One™ Diaper/Cover/Swim Diaper pattern is to be used for in-home sewing only. By purchasing or winning this pattern from http://kaylasclothkits.com, or a wholesaler site, you are legally allowed to use the KCK One™ pattern to make diapers for yourself and others at no profit to yourself. This pattern must not be re-sold. If you made KCK One™ diapers or covers and they are no longer of use to you, you may sell them used. You are welcome to sell KCK One™ diapers on for sale or trade boards and other similar venues. Any KCK One™ that is sold (even used) should have a KCK One™ label affixed to it. You will receive five KCK One™ labels with your initial KCK One™ pattern purchase. Click here if you would like to purchase more KCK One™ labels. If you plan to sell new (never used) KCK One™ diapers, covers, or swim diapers FOR PROFIT, then licensing for this pattern is required. Selling for profit includes all venues, local and online.
